2. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices not paid on time may result in delays or termination of service delivery. All purchases are non-refundable as outlined in our Return Policy.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all final assets created by Buzzword Strategies are owned by the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio, social media, or other marketing materials unless a separate NDA is in place.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all required information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client communication may impact delivery timelines and scope.

5. Confidentiality

Any sensitive business or personal information shared with Buzzword Strategies during the course of work will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Buzzword Strategies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from use of our services or deliverables. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

7. Disclaimer of Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or increases in traffic, revenue, or brand awareness. Results vary based on client implementation, market conditions, and numerous external factors.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
