Digital Product Terms & Licensing

By purchasing or downloading any digital product, template, or asset from Buzzword Strategies (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License Grant

All digital products are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business use.

2. Usage Rights

• You may use the product for internal business purposes or client work.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the product publicly available in any form.
• Modifications are allowed for internal use, but the modified version is still subject to these same restrictions.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights remain with Buzzword Strategies. Purchasing a digital product does not grant you ownership of the design, content, or structure of the file.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable, as outlined in our Return Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our digital products. Products are provided “as-is” with no guarantees of specific results.
